Once a request is submitted, administrators can view and address them right away via the Requests page. Need additional options for visualization? bitFit also provides a Kanban view for admins who prefer easier tracking of tickets across statuses.
Details for each request can also be easily loaded on the same page without needing to move between pages. Filter and search options help pinpoint and return to specific requests at any time as needed.
