If your organization already has data, bitFit offers an exceptionally functional importer that can be utilized to bring your data on board quickly. Click the Import button, select a file, map the fields, and click Import again. It’s that easy to add your data into bitFit.

The Exporter feature allows bitFit users to easily export the data they need from the system. You can also refine your data using the Filters and Search options before exporting the final result as a CSV file.

bitFit provides essential asset management actions that can be performed in bulk on specialized pages. You can do four main actions in bulk: Bulk Check Out, Bulk Check In, Bulk Transfer, and Bulk Receive. Additionally, these pages are fully compatible with QR code readers for seamless operation.

bitFit features an advanced builder that offers a wide range of options for data presentation, such as setting a field as required, adding a default value, making a field read-only, or ensuring it is only displayed if it has a value. Moreover, users can specify conditions under which a field becomes visible for more sophisticated customization. For instance, a field can remain hidden until an asset is deployed.

To simplify operations, BitFit has developed a comprehensive page that consolidates multiple pages into a single view, allowing users to access Assets, Stockrooms, Catalog, Requests, and any other page – all from one location. We created this feature to eliminate the need to switch back and forth between pages, making it much more convenient to accomplish tasks from a single hub.

Every record in bitFit can have a unique QR Label, which can be printed out in just a few clicks. This feature isn’t limited to assets alone; you can create QR Labels for locations, stockrooms, or even for requests (tickets). Our iOS and Android apps come equipped with a built-in QR Label scanner, enabling you to find a record in the system quickly. Additionally, our bulk pages are designed with QR Labels in mind and function seamlessly with QR Label scanners. This setup ensures asset management is handled efficiently and effectively.
