WHAT IS A GRID VIEW?
A Grid View is a set of columns with optional filters. It can be either Global, visible to all users, or Personal, accessible only to the creator of the Grid View.
HOW TO ADD A NEW GRID VIEW?
Initially, configure the columns needed for the new Grid View by clicking on the Columns button.
You can rearrange the columns in the top section by dragging and dropping items up and down.
If a column is missing, use the search function to find it, then include it in the view by clicking the checkbox on the left side. Adjust the order of columns in the top section if necessary.
To enhance this new view, you can optionally add a filter.
Once everything is set, click on the Grid View label button, then select Save As …
… and enter a name for the Grid View. Apply Filters? determines whether chosen filters (in this case, Status=In-Stock) should be part of this view. Make Global? decides whether this Grid View should be available to everyone or kept hidden and visible to this user only.
To set this view as the default for the next time the page is opened, click on the Grid View label button, then select the Manage Views link.
Choose this new view in the Default View field and click Save.
