ADD NEW FORM CONFIGURATION
The Add New Form, located at the top right corner, can be configured by accessing the Setup and selecting the relevant Object (Assets, Locations, Requests, etc.).
To access all Detail Views, click on the link named Views.
In the given example, multiple views have been created, but the required one is Asset View since all other views serve different purposes, controlling buttons’ forms and bulk pages’ forms. When the Detail Card Builder is open, click the Show fields available in Add New form only checkbox to filter out fields not included in the Add New Form.
To manage the inclusion or exclusion of fields in the Add New Form, utilize the Show in Add New Form checkbox, checking or unchecking as needed.
